Our Meetings are held:
- The second Tuesday of the month
- Members and Guests “Instant Gallery” of Recent Works and
Refreshments are available between 5:30 and 6:00 pm - Sprowls Hall on the IUP Campus – 470 South 11th Street, Indiana, PA 15701
- In “theTurning Studio” on the Lower Level
- Meeting starts at 6:00 pm – Come early and meet the members.
- Guests are encouraged to attend – for additional information, contact any officer.
- Enter on Grant Street. Use the last door on the left closest to the Parking Grarage. Note Red Arrow below

How we built the video system
In the spring of 2024, thanks to the generosity of our members and the following sponsors, we were able to invest in a streaming video solution that allows you to see exactly what the demonstrator is doing in high resolution from three camera angles. We archive our meeting demonstrations on YouTube so that we can share the expertise of our members/demonstrators with the turning community at large.

Editorial Comment – This site was created in 2012 and has been updated in “bits and drabs” during the subsequent years. The re-emergence of a newsletter, The Woodshed, in early 2023 presented an opportunity to pursue a significant reorganization of the site. The primary purpose of the “new” site is to focus on contemporary activities while maintaining a connection to the organization’s history (see Archive).
